Our goal at Designfy is to provide exceptional design and development services. However, if you are unsatisfied, we offer a transparent refund process.
Refund Eligibility::
Refunds are available for services paid in advance that are not yet started.
For projects in progress, refunds may be prorated based on the amount of work already completed.
Completed services and digital products, such as templates or finalized designs, are non-refundable.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your subscription. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
