Cancellation Policy
At Designfy, we prioritize client satisfaction. If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the agreed start date.
Conditions:
Cancellations made before the start date will be refunded in full.
For projects canceled after commencement, you will be billed for the work completed up until the cancellation date.
Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time with no penalties, but charges incurred before the cancellation date will not be refunded.
Please note, cancellation requests will be processed within 7 business days.
